July 4, 2013 - A boat launch recently announced for Parrsboro Harbour is ’officially’ operational for boaters wishing to get their boats into the Bay of Fundy via Parrsboro Harbour. Andrew Wagstaff of the Citizen-Record recently ran a story in the local newspaper emphasizing the significance of the project to the region. July 1, 2013 – In the Spring of 2013, the Parrsboro & Area Harbour Commission contracted Hebb Micro of Parrsboro, Nova Scotia to design and implement a web site for the organization to be used as a tool to promote the activities of the organization. Although there is more content to come, the site went live in June for testing and was made available to the general public on July 1, 2013. Stay tuned…more to come!
